SYOS and the website at syosbyss.com are operated by SYOS by SS ("SYOS", "we", "us", "our"). Our company registration is being finalised, and we will add our registered company details to this page once it is complete.

You may use this website for your own personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law or harms anyone;
• try to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit signups or collect content from the website.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time, including while SYOS is in its pre-launch phase.

You can join the SYOS early list by entering your email address and confirming that you agree to receive SYOS launch updates, early-access offers and occasional useful emails. When you join:

• you confirm the email address is yours and that the details you give are accurate;
• each person may join once; repeat signups with the same email count once;
• you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

To keep the early list fair, we may refuse or remove signups that appear to be automated, fake, duplicated across several addresses or otherwise abusive. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Joining the early list is free. It is not a purchase, a booking or a reservation, and it does not create any payment obligation or any contract for SYOS products or services.

SYOS products are not yet on sale. Their content, features, timing and availability may change before launch. Any purchase you choose to make after launch will be covered by the terms that apply at that time, which will include pricing, payment, access and refund terms.

Founding 30 places are limited to the first 30 qualifying signups to the early list. A qualifying signup is a valid, unique email address submitted with the required consent that has not been refused or removed under section 3. Places are allocated automatically by our systems in the order signups are successfully received. Once 30 places are allocated, no further Founding 30 places are available.

As described on the website, founding members are intended to receive:

• our strongest launch discount on Building Your Online Presence;
• 25% off future SYOS strategy and execution products;
• first access to new releases and beta products.

These benefits apply under the launch terms we communicate to founding members by email, which will set out details such as which products are included, how and when benefits can be used and any time limits. Founding 30 benefits are personal to the member, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.

Everyone who joins the early list after the Founding 30 places are allocated receives Early Access status, which is intended to include launch-only pricing. Early Access benefits also apply under the launch terms we communicate at launch.

Final prices, discounts, eligible products and the details of any launch offer will be confirmed at launch. We may need to change or withdraw a pre-launch offer, for example if a product changes or does not launch. If that happens we will act reasonably and tell affected early-list members by email.

The content on this website is general information about SYOS and its planned products. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

SYOS provides tools and guidance. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your business, market and how you apply the guidance. We do not guarantee any particular business, marketing, sales, audience, revenue, visibility or performance outcome.

The website and its content, including the SYOS name and logo, text, designs, images and previews of SYOS products, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view the website for your own personal use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, adapt or create works based on any of it without our written permission.

We use trusted third-party providers to run the website and send emails (see our Privacy Policy). The website also links to our social media pages on platforms run by other companies. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of third-party websites and services.

The website is provided free of charge and "as is" during the pre-launch phase. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free or up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or data, arising from your use of the website or the early list. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example at launch. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. If a change significantly affects early-list members, we will tell you by email.

We will confirm the law that governs these terms, and how any dispute will be resolved, once our company registration is complete, and we will update this section then. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
